What does metal fabrication entail?
Whenever you cut, shape, or join metals together, you are participating in the fabrication process. For instance, some of the most common procedures include welding, drilling, stamping, punching, milling, and forging, each of which uses a different type of machine to transform metals into a particular shape.
What variety of metals do you work with?
We work with many different types of metal including stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium, copper, brass and galvanised sheets.
Do you provide assembly & installation of manufactured products?
We can and often do supply and fit our fabricated products at the request of our customers.
Do you give free estimates?
All our estimates are supplied free of charge.
Do you offer warranties?
Yes. We offer a one-year warranty on our steel fabricated products.
Do you offer a full design service based on sketches or verbal inquiries?
Initial enquiries can be made verbally and with some drawings but quite often a site survey is required.
What are your lead times?
Our lead times are based on a per-project basis, but we are flexible in our approach: We can expedite orders; Lead time depends on material availability and our workload; Generally we have a lead time of a week, but these times may be negotiable; We do rush orders, although charges may be higher.
Are your products treated against corrosion with paint or other protective coatings?
Our products can be treated on request by priming, painting, galvanising, powder coating, lacquering and passivation.

Business Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
